OUR CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

- Cancellation of a reservation is possible free of charge seven days before the start of the booked activity.
- In the event of cancellation within the seven days, 50% of the total cost will be charged.
- In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours before the start of the activity, the total fee must be paid.
- Cancellation compensation will only be paid on presentation of a medical certificate for the individual persons.
- Cancellations caused by the weather, cancellation of lifts or other influences over which the CORE Ski School has no influence are not subject to recourse.
- If the customer does not turn up for the booked or reserved tour or does not turn up on time, the customer has no further claim to an alternative date or extension of the course.
